Principal Engineer - Workday

At Geico Auto Insurance, we are looking for a Principal Engineer - Workday to join our team and help us continue to provide exceptional customer service and bring our technology to the next level. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate, experienced engineer to be part of a dynamic and forward-thinking organization.The successful candidate will have extensive experience in Workday and its suite of solutions, including Workday HCM, Financials, and Security/Permissions. They must have a strong understanding of system architecture, design, and implementation. Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain, and enhance the Workday platform, including Workday HCM, Financials, and Security/Permissions
Utilize advanced problem solving and communication skills to address system issues and improve customer service
Analyze system architecture, design, and implementation and provide recommendations for improvement
Develop and maintain system documentation
Collaborate with other engineers and teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
Provide guidance and training to other engineers and teams on Workday solutions
Stay up-to-date on the latest Workday solutions and technologies and suggest ways to incorporate them into the organization
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
