About the position
Responsibilities
• Ensure BPM solutions on the Pega platform meet business needs across all channels.
• Develop reusable and scalable solutions for Omni solutions and Journey orchestration.
• Maintain system operations in an active-active model without downtime.
• Lead a team to support complex initiatives in development and production cycles.
• Manage multiple large-scale projects with technical complexity.
• Leverage experience in architecture and DevOps tools for transformation initiatives.
• Conduct research and development on future technologies for payment and collection.
• Collaborate with business leaders to provide solutions that meet their objectives.
Requirements
• Bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in Electronic Engineering or a related field.
• 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or as a Software Engineer, Application Architect, or in a related position.
• 5 years of experience in application development on the Pega platform.
• Experience with Pega PRPC, AWS Services, Java, J2EE, Java Script, PLSQL, and Pega Tracer.
