The CatĀ® Foresight team is seeking a talented and motivated Principal Digital Program Manager to plan, organize, and implement complex digital projects. This role will work across all CatĀ® Foresight products and teams to coordinate release roadmaps, consolidate engineering requests, and define and drive integration strategies across products to make CatĀ® Foresight one seamless application experience. Responsibilities


Managing the day-to-day activities of cross-functional digital products, including overseeing product development responsibilities and schedules.
,
Developing contingency plans for potential risks.
,
Strategy development for product integration.
,
Directing and motivating project teams.
,
Evaluating and managing deliverables to ensure that service expectations are achievable, developed, and met.
,
Monitoring project results for significant deviations.
,
Ensuring adherence to quality standards and processes.


Requirements


Expert knowledge of effective planning techniques and ability to contribute to operational (short term), tactical (1-2 years) and strategic (3-5 years) planning in support of the overall business plan.
,
Expert knowledge of project administration best practices and ability to use organizational strategies, practices and tools for administering projects.
,
Extensive knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.
,
Extensive knowledge of how to run applications for organizations; ability to implement application software within an organization and help end-users perform specific tasks.


Nice-to-haves


Extensive program management leadership experience working with software engineering teams in an agile environment (typically 8+ years).
,
Experience delivering cross-functional digital products with complex integrated data flows.
,
Experience building strategic digital product plans.
,
Experience working with cloud based infrastructure and engineering team on shared service software platforms is desired as well.
,
Proven experience with project management concepts including project charters, scheduling and planning projects and successful completion.
,
Experience leading and coaching Project Managers (typically 3+ years).
,
Working knowledge of Azure DevOps, Confluence, Power BI, Microsoft Project, or equivalent tools.
,
PMP certification preferred.
