Principal Data Scientist, Clinical

Job Description: • Specialize in clinical operations and outcomes data, developing pipelines that enhance the accuracy of metrics that drive our business. • Build and maintain machine learning models that provide insights for effective targeting of clinical interventions. • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to measure the effectiveness of clinical programs and scale significant workflows during a period of rapid organizational growth. • Scope, communicate, and implement technical solutions collaboratively, delivering value iteratively while independently executing on agreed-upon plans. • Develop in a modern stack using agents and stored prompts to enhance coding efficiency. • Advise stakeholders on evaluating internally developed LLM based agents to improve workflows, and perform data extraction to leverage output of those agents in feature stores and analysis.
