Principal Consultant - Supply Chain

Position Overview Doppio – a leading Infor Alliance and Delivery Partner in North America – is seeking a Principal Functional Consultant - Supply Chain to join our solutions delivery team. This person will play a critical role in helping our clients achieve optimal use of their Infor ERP system. This Principal Consultant will apply their expertise in translating business requirements into integrated solutions so that our clients have optimal functionality of their system, ensuring data integration and automation. Our ideal candidate has a robust understanding of Infor M3 (core ERP), the components of Manufacturing ERP systems, and is able to develop and lead Implementation, Migration, Configuration, Testing, and Training efforts. More specifically, here is what you will be doing: • Working with clients to thoroughly understand and document their business process requirements • Documenting business requirements and translating them into narrowly defined design specifications for our technical team to execute • Designing and developing end-to-end supply chain process flow documentation • Configuring key aspects of the M3 supply chain modules (procurement in accordance with customer requirements and/or Implementation Accelerator (IA) best practices) • Leading and/or assisting with the development of testing scripts and scenarios • Creating and executing change management plans including training process owners (end users) in M3 supply chain functions • Advising clients on adopting Factory Track and being responsible for all design decisions, application configuration, and solution documentation • Applying your honed relationship management skills to help build long-lasting client relationships • Mentoring more junior team members in the normal course of business Now, let’s talk about you... You are motivated by being able to lend our expertise to clients who rely on you to guide them in setting up and maintaining their ERP system in a manner that accelerates their supply chain management processes. Your success has come from your ability to combine your subject matter expertise with supreme relationship management skills. Additionally, you have: • 10-15 years of experience with manufacturing and warehousing processes, including comprehensive understanding of warehouse functions from receiving to manufacturing as well as picking, packing, and shipping • 5+ years of Infor M3 application configuration experience • 3+ years of Infor M3 application implementation experience • 5+ years in a consulting environment • Hands-on experience with developing change management plans (including training) to help educate users on performing their daily functions in M3 • Proven track record of collecting client requirements and turning them into seamlessly integrated solutions that automate business processes • Adept at advising clients on industry best practices • Proven track record in configuring systems that request business process requirements • Experience developing and executing testing plans • Experience and comfort level with leading and/or overseeing change management efforts including end-user training While not a requirement, we also really like: • Infor M3 Certifications • Client project management experience • Experience working with Infor’s industry CloudSuites A bit about us Founded in 2013, Doppio is a global technology consulting firm with a presence in Chicago, Vancouver, and Bangalore, and additional remote team members across North America and India.
