Job Overview As a Principal Business Strategy leader within the Enterprise Transformation Office, you’ll turn complex ideas into actionable plans. You’ll work directly with business units, executives, and cross-functional teams to ensure our transformation initiatives — with a specific focus on the complex operational and technical interdependencies between our programs — achieve their intended outcomes. Your ability to manage multi-layered projects, interpret data, connect the dots, and manage interdependencies between initiatives will drive smarter decisions and successful transformation execution. What You’ll Do • Serve as the main lead to manage technical and operational interdependencies between the seven Enterprise Transformation Office programs, working with program and technical leads to ensure seamless, connected execution • Develop and maintain the source of truth of all managed interdependencies managed within the Enterprise Transformation Office framework to drive to key decision points for the company • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including senior leadership, business units, and functional teams, to ensure alignment and support for program initiatives. • Collaborate with senior leadership and key business partners to align strategic direction and secure buy-in. • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations that distill complex data into actionable insights for executive approval. • Monitor industry developments and provide ongoing competitive intelligence to maintain our edge in the marketplace. What You’ll Need • Experienced knowledge in technology interdependencies between large, complex programs • Developed program management abilities managing many cross-functional interdependencies and technical overlap • Expertise in market research and advanced competitive analysis techniques. • Experience applying standard strategy frameworks and conducting data-driven business analysis. • Strong ability to distill complex problems into concise, actionable recommendations. • Mastery in developing executive-level presentations and communicating strategic insights. • Demonstrated success leading high-impact projects with minimal oversight. What You’ll Bring • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) preferred. • 7+ years of relevant experience in business strategy, corporate development, or a related field. • Required certifications as specified for certain areas of specialization. • Proven track record of influencing executive decisions and delivering innovative business strategies. • Experience mentoring peers and contributing to a collaborative, results-driven culture.
