Atlassian is looking for an Principal Analyst Relations Manager who understands the analyst landscape and has expertise leading a program in the collaboration market. You will join the Atlassian analyst relations team to build the analyst strategy for our teamwork foundation business by partnering with marketing and product leaders across our teamwork foundations business. As an important addition to the Analyst Relations team, you will help shape how we implement, measure and build an impactful AR function that matches Atlassian unique business model.
You will report to the Head of Analyst Relations and partnering with communications, marketing, product, and corporate teams across the business.
Responsibilities:
In this role, you will:
Create a strategy to engage with and learn from analysts to shape our business strategy and lead in the Collaboration market
Manage relationships with industry analysts, serving as an important, centralized contact point and connector.
Distill and distribute insights from the analysts to help the business gauge how we are doing externally with customers, partners and against competition
Advise how the analyst firms can contribute to marketing campaigns, product direction and internal understanding of markets and competitors.
Work with product marketing managers and product teams to implement an AR program that influences, educates, and secures endorsements from leading analysts in our most markets.
Maintain an analyst knowledge base that tracks the most influential global analysts, strategic research reports, and their interactions with global media, financial markets, and customers.
Project managing submissions and presentations, and assisting with contributed stories, press releases, quotes, and case studies.
Qualifications:
Qualifications
5+ years of experience with a SaaS provider
Understanding of the industry analyst landscape and focused experience with the collaboration market and related analysts.
Ability to lead the strategic execution of the companys AR strategy and partner with key stakeholders across our teamwork foundations business to deliver results.
Compensation
At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable and explainable compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn, we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience.
For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:
Zone A: $146,300 - $195,000
Zone B: $131,600 - $175,500
Zone C: $121,400 - $161,900
This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
