Principal Accountant - International Accounting

Manage and oversee international accounting operations for Raytheon Technologies, including maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with international accounting standards and regulations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement accounting policies and procedures for international operations.
Stay up-to-date on changes in international accounting regulations and incorporate them into company policies and procedures as necessary.
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual international financial statements and reports.
Conduct thorough analysis of international financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Communicate with international subsidiaries and business units to ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial information.
Oversee the preparation and submission of international tax returns and other compliance requirements.
Provide guidance and support to international accounting team members, including training and development opportunities.
Collaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure successful completion of audits and address any identified issues.
Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy of international accounting operations.
Participate in special projects and initiatives related to international finance and accounting.
Maintain a strong understanding of the company's overall business strategy and provide financial insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
