Position type: Full-time Location:Remote Responsibilities • Analyze and optimize the end‑to‑end workflow of the Pricing Predictive Analytics team, focusing on operational effectiveness rather than technical modeling.• Map the full operational lifecycle from model development to regulatory filing to objection handling, identifying inefficiencies and proposing targeted improvements. • Implement and manage an Azure Dev Ops board to support backlog grooming, sprint planning, capacity tracking, and display live KPIs for real‑time visibility. • Design and roll out a standardized task taxonomy and template set to improve repeatability and reduce variability across filings and objections. • Define and document a scalable staffing model based on two operational scenarios.• Produce a comprehensive operational process playbook documenting best practices, role responsibilities, tools, and governance. Pay Range and Benefits Pay range: $110,000 – $120,000 per year, based on education, work experience, location, duties and certifications.
