Pricing & Packaging Analyst

At Weave, analysts are key strategic thought partners who generate insights to elevate our business across pricing & packaging strategy, customer health, and business growth. In this role, you will play a key part in driving pricing and packaging strategy and decision making by providing data-driven insights. You will be instrumental in analyzing pricing and packaging strategies that optimize revenue, profitability, and market share. You will work closely with the Head of Pricing & Packaging and other stakeholders to evaluate pricing and packaging performance and impact, identify opportunities for improvement, and communicate findings with various levels of the organization. This position will be remote based in Brazil or Mexico.Reports to: Director of Data & Insights.What You Will OwnPricing Success Measurement: Defining and measuring pricing and packaging KPIs to drive actionable insights and business growth. Strategic Thought Partnership: Proactively contribute a data-driven perspective to the development and refinement of pricing & packaging strategy, acting as a key thought partner to our product organization.Data-Driven Pricing Optimization: Analyze the impact of pricing adjustments and strategies on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales volume and mix, revenue, gross margin, lifetime value and customer acquisition cost. Pricing Models and Tooling: Development of pricing models and tools to support pricing and packaging decisions.Data Analysis and Visualization: Analyze complex data, identify key trends, and communicate findings through clear, impactful visualizations.Key Pricing Dashboards: Develop and maintain key product dashboards using Sigma that improve self-service initiatives across the organization.Packaging Insights: Own the reporting on packaging performance, such as sales by bundle, churn on new products, and recommendations on packaging improvements. What you will need to accomplish the jobBachelor's degree in a field such as business, marketing, finance, economics or business analytics, or a related technical discipline.5+ years in data analysis, with a strong focus in pricing & packaging organization.Proficiency in SQL with experience querying complex, large-scale datasets.Advanced analytics techniques relevant to product analysis, such as behavioral analytics, segmentation, experimentation (A/B testing), and predictive modeling.Expertise in data visualization principles and proven ability to create clear, compelling, and actionable dashboards and analysis.Proven experience communicating intricate data insights and strategic recommendations with clarity and conciseness to diverse audiences.Proven history of owning and driving analytical projects from inception to impactful delivery, managing timelines and identifying opportunities for.What will make us love youExperience with Sigma or similar data visualization tools.Experience with Pendo or similar product analytics tools. You are a highly analytical and strategic thinker with a strong business acumen and a demonstrated bias for action. You are a deeply curious self-starter and have strong capabilities in managing analytic projects, prioritizing analyses, and making insightful recommendations.
