Pricing Analyst - Fully Remote in the US

Job Summary

The Pricing Analyst will be responsible for analyzing market trends, evaluating pricing strategies, and providing data-driven recommendations to optimize revenue and profitability. This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in data tools, and the ability to communicate insights effectively across departments.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Analyze pricing data, market trends, and competitor pricing to develop pricing strategies.
• Build and maintain pricing models and forecasting to support business decisions.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance and operational teams to align pricing strategies with business goals.
• Conducts market research, assesses data, and develops insights into market trends and pricing strategies.
• Monitor the performance of pricing strategies and recommend adjustments where needed.
• Conduct margin and profitability analysis across lines of business.
• Prepare reports and dashboards to communicate pricing insights to key stakeholders.
• Assists in maintaining a database of pricing data to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of pricing and guide pricing decisions.
• Partners with internal teams to support new product launches with pricing recommendations.
• Advises key leaders on pricing impacts that contribute to strategic decision-making.
• Coordinates tools, reports, and communications for accurate pricing information responsive to market changes.
• Ensure pricing compliance with internal Company policies and external regulations.
• Perform additional duties and assume additional responsibilities as identified by Management for the efficient operation of WorkCare.

Education and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in pricing, financial analysis, or a related analytical role is preferred.

• Advanced Excel modeling skills, with the ability to build and maintain complex financial models.
• Experience with financial analysis, financial modeling, financial or resource forecasts, and/or assessment of associated risks and opportunities.
• Experience in a business-related function (including but not limited to: Finance, Accounting, Contracts, Estimating, Procurement Financial Analysis, Business Operations, Supply Chain).

Computer Skills
• Competent in the Windows operating system environment.
• Advanced skills in the Microsoft Office Suite - Outlook, Word and highly competent Excel skills.
• Ability to learn new software as needed.

Physical Demands
• Requires prolonged periods of sitting while working at a desk.
• Occasional bending, stretching, standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, or crouching may be required.
• Ability to work under pressure while using a computer and phone.
• Manual dexterity required for operating a computer keyboard and mouse.
• Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 15 pounds.

Work Environment
• Primarily an indoor, office-based environment with controlled air quality and temperature.
• Moderate noise level.
• Work environment must be free from excessive background noise and distractions.
• Remote work setup must comply with company IT, privacy, and safety requirements.

This position has a salary range of $65,000 - $75,000 annually. Final compensation offered will be determined by factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and qualifications.
