Pricing Analyst for Rental Properties
Overview: We are looking for someone to be responsible for optimizing pricing performance across all properties using dynamic pricing tools and market analysis. This role ensures owners earn maximum revenue while maintaining strong occupancy and guest competitiveness. It’s a hands-on position that blends analytical precision with proactive communication across departments. Key Responsibilities: •Manage and continuously refine dynamic pricing tools (e.g., Wheelhouse, Beyond, PriceLabs) to optimize rates, minimum stays, and availability. • Monitor property and market performance daily; identify and address pricing anomalies or missed opportunities. • Produce regular revenue and performance reports for leadership and owner success teams. • Work closely with the Owner Success team to implement owner-specific pricing requests and resolve issues before escalation. • Adjust strategies seasonally and respond to market changes quickly. • Surface trends, insights, and recommendations to improve overall portfolio performance. Requirements / Qualifications: • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets. • Experience with dynamic pricing platforms in the short-term rental or hospitality industry. • Familiarity with revenue KPIs such as ADR, RevPAR, and occupancy. • Detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple properties and data sources. • Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate across teams. • Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous optimization and improvement.
