Presentation Designer – 2nd Shift

Job Description: • Produce high-quality pitch books, presentations, and client memoranda • Import and revise graphics files as necessary • Create and edit multi-page/multi-section documents using templates and style sheets for pitchbooks, graphs, charts, presentations, and other print/design projects • Attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality, and a critical eye in terms of aesthetics • Collaborate with team members on complex or special projects • Maintain all job and production tracking data via a propriety RRD Tracking tool • Coordinate workflow within the team, including prioritizing jobs and delegating duties to associates • Monitor workflow to ensure jobs are completed efficiently, accurately, and within deadlines • Assess incoming requests selecting the best resources for successful completion • Handle sensitive and/or confidential documents and information • Train new employees on policies and procedures • Communicate with manager and client on job or deadline issues. • Assist with monthly metrics and reporting • May work with motion graphics and multimedia work • Other duties as assigned Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in area of business, or equivalent experience required • At least 4 years of professional presentation or graphic design experience • High proficiency knowledge of PowerPoint • Proficient in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) • Knowledge of After Effects is a huge plus • Experience with charting in excel • Video editing and/or sound editing skills are a plus • Knowledge of print design a plus • Excellent design sense and awareness of current design trends • Capable of translating complex data in a visually compelling way • Understands the importance of brand and can work within established standards • Adaptability and willingness to pitch in where needed • Ability to make independent decisions and use problem-solving skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment • Ability to prioritize work to balance multiple projects and deadlines • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Exceptional customer service skills • Deadline management which includes managing wait times and turnaround times (TAT) • Handle technical queries Benefits: • medical, dental, and vision coverage • paid time off • disability insurance • 401(k) with company match • life insurance • other voluntary supplemental insurance coverages • parental leave • adoption assistance • tuition assistance • employer/partner discounts Apply tot his job
