Presales Lead – Business Process Services (BPS) | APAC

We are seeking a Presales Lead, Business Process Services (BPS) to drive presales excellence across the APAC region.
This client-facing role requires the ability to craft compelling BPS solutions across diverse verticals and service lines — including Customer Experience (CX), Back-Office Operations, Finance & Accounting (F&A), HR Operations, Procurement, and Digital Operations.
The ideal candidate brings diverse, cross-domain BPS experience, strong understanding of the APAC market landscape, and the ability to translate client challenges into differentiated outsourcing solutions. While familiarity with consulting and process transformation is valued, the core focus is presales shaping deals, building solutions, and winning business.

Key Responsibilities











Lead end-to-end presales activities for BPS opportunities across APAC from opportunity qualification through deal closure support.Design comprehensive BPS solutions spanning CX/Contact Center, F&A, HRO, Procurement, Back-Office Processing, and Digital Operations.Partner with sales and account teams to qualify opportunities, shape deal strategy, and drive competitive positioning.Develop commercial constructs including pricing models, transition plans, staffing models, and delivery architecture.Lead client workshops, orals, solution presentations, and RFP/RFI responses.Create compelling proposal content and value propositions tailored to APAC market dynamics.Build reusable solution assets and frameworks to improve presales efficiency.Support growth and positioning of the BPS practice across APAC markets.Define service offerings aligned to market demand — digital operations, managed services, outsourcing, and shared services/GBS models.Develop go-to-market strategies in collaboration with sales leadership.Monitor industry trends in BPS, intelligent automation, and AI-driven operations.Collaborate with consulting, delivery, and technology teams to ensure solutions are viable and deliverable.Provide domain advisory on operational best practices, outsourcing models, and automation opportunities.Leverage process transformation, AI/ML, and RPA knowledge as solution differentiators within presales engagements.
Requirements
12+ years of experience in BPS presales, solutioning, or BPS consulting/operations with strong presales orientation.Demonstrated presales experience in leading solution design, deal shaping, proposal development, and client presentations for BPS/BPO engagements.APAC market experience is mandatory in understanding of regional client expectations, competitive landscape, and buyer behaviorExperience with enterprise clients on BPS deal pursuits.Strong understanding of outsourcing commercial models — pricing structures (FTE-based, transaction-based, outcome-based), SLA frameworks, and governanceBackground in management consulting, process transformation, or operational excellence applied within presales context.Familiarity with AI automation, RPA, intelligent operations as solution components.Exposure to *shared services / Global Business Services (GBS) models.Experience with digital transformation initiatives intersecting with BPS.Track record of building presales collateral and solution playbooks.Experience across multiple APAC sub-regions (ANZ, SEA, India, Japan, Greater China).
