Remote Full-time
Join arenaflex and become part of a globally recognized leader in aviation excellence! As a Premium Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of our luxury travel experience, delivering world-class hospitality to our most valued passengers. This is your opportunity to grow your career in the dynamic aviation industry while enjoying competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and the satisfaction of making every journey exceptional.

Why You'll Love This Role

The Premium Customer Service Representative serves as an ambassador for arenaflex, providing unparalleled hospitality, exceptional customer support, comprehensive ticketing, and issue resolution for our most important clients across all sectors served by the Premium Customer Services division. Our Premium Customer Service Representatives deliver enhanced, extraordinary services in a positive, enthusiastic, courteous, and friendly manner to all customers and visitors. This role offers the chance to work in a fast-paced, rewarding environment where your efforts directly impact passenger experiences and create lasting impressions.

What You'll Do

As a valued member of our premium services team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer care to all passengers. Your daily responsibilities will include registering customers and verifying their access to premium clubs and lounges. You will welcome guests by completing all visitor experience tasks, including greeting customers by name whenever possible, ensuring informal identification is visible, providing WiFi access information, and asking how you can assist them.

Booking and confirming flight reservations using our semi-automated business reservation environment and other booking systems will be a key part of your role. You will check premium clients in for their flights, handling flight changes, rebooking, and passport verification. Monitoring flights to identify boarding times, delays, or interruptions will allow you to best accommodate customer needs.

Additional responsibilities include issuing customer tickets for day-of-flight, reissues, and future reservations. You will cancel traveler reservations upon request and place customers on need lists for upgrades or standby. Providing timely resolution of customers' travel issues and contacting higher-level customer support when necessary to address frustrating customer issues will be essential.

Documenting customer issues in traveler name records and performing club enrollment or sales activities for premium membership programs will round out your customer service duties. You will coordinate all services provided to elite status clients, including our flagship premium programs. Assisting elite status clients as they move through terminals and helping with luggage when needed will ensure a seamless travel experience.

Maintaining the appearance of premium lounges through direct observation and walk-throughs, communicating with team members to ensure food and beverages are provided to club and lounge guests regularly, and overseeing the activities of team members offering services such as cooking and sanitation in lounge areas will be important. Assisting customers with technology provided in clubs and lounges, reserving meeting rooms for same-day travel demands, and coordinating services for any gatherings occurring in meeting rooms are also key responsibilities.

Completing opening or closing procedures for clubs and lounges, addressing escalated customer issues or concerns, conducting alcohol inventory reviews with beverage team members at certain locations, and monitoring appropriate systems to arrange services for VIP customers including government officials and alliance partners will complete your role. You will report to your assigned station or location on time as scheduled, including mandatory overtime requirements, varying shifts, weekends, and holidays. You will complete all job-required training phases, adhere to company policies, procedures, and performance standards, wear uniforms as required by company policy, and comply with government regulations.

All You'll Need for Success

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree and demonstrate exceptional customer service abilities. Bilingual language skills are preferred for certain locations. You must be able to pass a comprehensive criminal background check to qualify for unescorted access privileges to airport security identification display areas if applicable. You must also be able to obtain appropriate airport authority and U.S. Customs security identifications if applicable.

You should actively demonstrate exceptional customer care and customer engagement in a hospitality environment. The ability to work under pressure, handle multiple tasks simultaneously while providing close attention to detail and customer service is essential. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management and public contact are crucial. You must be service-oriented and self-motivated with a high degree of professionalism.

Willingness to attend training sessions in Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas is required. Previous customer hospitality experience is strongly preferred. You must maintain a well-groomed and professional appearance and possess excellent communication skills. Previous travel industry experience and computer experience are preferred. Strong organizational and administrative skills are required.

The ability to work irregular and extended hours, including weekends and holidays, is mandatory. You must report to work on a regular and timely basis.
