The Premium Customer Service Representative serves as an ambassador of arenaflex, providing superior hospitality, excellent customer support, comprehensive ticketing, and issue resolution for our most valued clients across all sectors served by our Premium Customer Services division. As a member of our team, you'll deliver enhanced, distinctive services in a positive, enthusiastic, courteous, and friendly manner to all customers and guests.

What You'll Do

These are the fundamental functions of the role. Management will adjust the job or require different tasks to be performed when operationally necessary, observing, of course, any legal obligations including any collective bargaining commitments.


Provide premium customer service to all clients, ensuring every interaction exceeds expectations
Register clients and verify their access to clubs and/or lounges with attention to detail
Welcome clients by completing all guest experience elements, including greeting customers using their name whenever possible, ensuring informal identification is visible, providing Wi-Fi passwords, and asking how you can assist
Book and confirm flight reservations using various booking systems including semi-automated business review environments and other industry-standard platforms
Check premium clients in for their flights, including handling flight changes, rebooking, and identification verification
Monitor trips to identify boarding times, delays, or disruptions to best accommodate client needs
Issue client tickets, including day of departure, reissues, and future tickets
Drop passenger reservations as requested and manage waitlists for updates and reservations
Provide timely resolution of clients' travel issues and concerns
Contact higher levels of customer care support to address escalated client issues as needed
Document client issues in passenger name records for accurate record-keeping
Perform club enrollment or sales activities, including membership promotions and credit card enrollments
Coordinate all services provided to elite status clients, including premium programs and five-star services
Assist elite status clients as they move throughout terminals, providing white-glove service
Help clients with their baggage as needed, ensuring a seamless travel experience
Monitor or maintain the appearance of lounges and clubs through regular walk-throughs
Communicate with colleagues to ensure food and beverages are provided to club and lounge clients consistently
Oversee the activities of colleagues offering services, including catering and sanitation, to lounges and clubs
Assist clients with technology provided in clubs and lounges
Reserve meeting rooms for same-day travel demands and coordinate services for any meetings occurring in these spaces
Complete opening or closing procedures for clubs and lounges
Address escalated client issues or concerns with professionalism and empathy
Conduct alcohol inventory reviews with beverage attendants at certain locations
Monitor relevant systems to coordinate appropriate services for VIP clients, including government officials and elite program members
Report to work on time, as scheduled, and at your assigned station or location, including mandatory overtime requirements, varying shifts, weekends, and holidays
Complete all required training phases for the position
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and performance standards
Wear uniforms as required by company policy
Comply with governmental regulations including those from transportation security authorities
Utilize various internal resources and systems during client interactions


What You'll Need for Success

Minimum Qualifications


Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
Language Skills: Bilingual language abilities may be required in certain locations
Security Clearance: Must satisfy criminal record checks to qualify for unescorted access credentials to airport security identification display areas (SIDA), if applicable
Airport Credentials: Must be able to obtain appropriate airport authority and/or U.S. Customs security identifications, if applicable
Availability: Must be able to attend training sessions in Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas
Work Schedule: Ability to work irregular and/or extended hours, including weekends and holidays
Attendance: Must report to work on a regular and timely basis


Preferred Qualifications


Previous customer service experience in a hospitality or travel-related environment
Prior experience in the travel industry
Computer experience with proficiency in common software applications
Familiarity with reservation and booking systems
Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume customer service environment
