This is a fast-paced role requiring strong communication and coordination skills to manage transactions and maintain exceptional service levels.Key Responsibilities:Guide clients through completing conveyancing documentation within tight timeframesEnsure all forms are accurate and ready for solicitor handoverCoordinate with solicitors to maintain progress and meet service level agreements (SLAs)Track transactions through every stage, managing follow-ups to keep things movingRespond to client and agent queries promptly and professionallyMonitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and raise any concerns around delays or issuesCommunicate regularly with internal and external stakeholdersDeliver progress reports and updates to ensure full visibility across the processWhat are we looking for?Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlinesExcellent written and verbal communication skills for liaising with clients, agents, and solicitorsPrevious experience in conveyancing or property administration (preferred)Good knowledge of the conveyancing process and documentationHigh attention to detail with a proactive, problem-solving mindsetComfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative teamProficient in Microsoft Office and case management systemsCustomer-focused, professional, and committed to continuous learning and developmentNext stepsWe would love to hear from you if you are interested in this opportunity!
