As a Precision E-Commerce Data Specialist at Workwarp, you will be a vital contributor to the seamless operation and growth of Amazon's dynamic online marketplace. You will be responsible for meticulously inputting, verifying, and maintaining critical product data – from compelling titles and detailed descriptions to accurate pricing and high-quality imagery – directly within the Amazon platform.
This role demands a keen eye for detail, exceptional organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product merchandising, marketing, and customer service, to ensure data consistency and resolve any discrepancies that may arise. Your work directly impacts the customer experience and the overall success of our clients on Amazon. This is an excellent entry-level position for individuals passionate about e-commerce, data management, and contributing to a global marketplace.

What You Will Do:

Data Acquisition & Entry: Accurately input and manage a wide range of product data, including titles, detailed descriptions, key features, specifications, and variations, ensuring adherence to Amazon's strict data guidelines.
Visual Asset Management: Upload, optimize, and manage product images and videos, ensuring they meet Amazon's quality standards, are properly tagged, and enhance the customer's product viewing experience.
Data Validation & Enrichment: Regularly verify and update existing product information to reflect changes in pricing, availability, specifications, and customer feedback. Proactively identify and rectify data inconsistencies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product merchandising, marketing, and customer service teams to resolve data discrepancies, implement data improvements, and contribute to the overall optimization of product listings.
Quality Assurance & Compliance: Maintain a consistently high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all data entry tasks, ensuring compliance with Amazon's policies and guidelines.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline data entry processes and improve data quality through automation and efficient workflows.
Reporting & Analysis Support: Provide data support for reporting and analysis activities related to product performance and marketplace trends.
Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date on Amazon's evolving policies, guidelines, and best practices related to product listings and data management.
Project Support: Contribute to various data-related projects and initiatives as needed, supporting the overall success of our clients on Amazon.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Marketing, Information Technology) is a plus.
Demonstrated exceptional attention to detail and a proven ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in data entry tasks.
Proficiency in using computer applications and software, with strong experience in spreadsheet programs such as Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets. Familiarity with data validation techniques is beneficial.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate information and collaborate effectively with team members.
Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating strong self-motivation and time management skills.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, particularly Amazon, is preferred but not required. A genuine interest in the e-commerce landscape is highly valued.
Reliable high-speed internet connection and access to a dedicated computer or laptop for remote work. A quiet and professional workspace is essential.

Opportunity Benefits:

Fully Remote Work Environment: Enjoy the flexibility and convenience of working from the comfort of your home, with no daily commute.

Skill Enhancement & Development: Sharpen your data entry skills, gain valuable experience with online marketplaces, and develop expertise in data validation and quality assurance – highly sought-after skills in today's job market.
Collaborative Team Environment: Work alongside diverse and talented teams, gaining valuable insights into the complexities of e-commerce and the contributions of various departments to Amazon's success.
Competitive Compensation & Incentives: Receive a competitive salary package commensurate with your experience, along with the potential for performance-based bonuses and rewards.

Growth Potential: Benefit from ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and advance your career within a rapidly growing industry.
