You will be the primary business partner to the North America sales division. You will be responsible for consulting with the client and sales team to discover the clientâs business needs to define and translate the needs in order to propose an attractive solution to the client. An integral part of this role involves collaborating with a variety of stakeholders from CFO through to business operations and IT. You will use your analytical skills to understand, relate and match customer business needs to a contextual, high value-add Sidetrade solution.You wonât be a small cog in a big machine. You will own a key aspect of our business, and work to make a real difference for Sidetrade.RequirementsWhat you'll will achieve:As a Pre-Sales Solution Consultant, you will partner with sales professionals to manage prospects and customer sales cycles.Contribute to account strategy, solution positioning, solution definition, cost estimation, business value and ROI analysisIdentify, evaluate and respond to key business issues of qualified accounts and develop, present and demonstrate predictive A.I capabilities to the potential customerConducting detailed process analysis and workshops with companies and their Accounts Receivable departmentsPerform high level diagnostic and data crunching analysis on prospects in order to identify potential improvement and ROI opportunitiesYour mission will be to demonstrate Unique Business Value, with an ROI approach, not just featuresPartnering with internal stakeholders from product, consulting and marketing peers to enable efficient sales activitiesYou will prepare and coordinate activities to respond to RFI/RFP: you lead the response to a specific prospectâs challenge, including creating and formatting the document, ensuring the quality of the answer and the timely delivery of itYou are actively participating in sales calls as the solution expert ensuring alignment between the capabilities and value of the solution and the needs of the prospect.Deliver remote and onsite presentations of the Solution to prospect.What you'll need to be successful:Experience in IT Project Management and Delivery, preferably SaaSExperience in Corporate Finance (Operational or through Project delivery), ideally Order To CashExperience in Customer Facing role, ideally Solution consulting/Pre-Sales rolesSales and ROI orientedStrong problem-solving skills to find quick solutions in complex environmentsAbility to present concepts, ideas and technical elements in a concise, clean and easy wayExperience in audit and consulting is a plusExcellent verbal and written communication skillsVery Good MS Office and Excel Skills are mandatoryFlexibility to travelBachelorâs Degree (Business or Engineering)At Sidetrade, we cultivate a multicultural environment that fuels innovation.
