Pre-sales Application Engineer
Job DescriptionDevelop application methods and solutions using Agilent LCMS systems to meet customer needs and expectations.• Provide pre-sales support and sample analysis for LCMS-related projects.• Focus on complex sample analysis in relevant scientific or industrial applications.• Understand customer challenges, recommend appropriate solutions, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.• Support the sales team with technical training and by addressing technical and application-related inquiries.• Deliver presentations at seminars, workshops, and conferences.
QualificationsMaster’s degree or above, with 3+ years of experience in LCMS applications.• Broad technical knowledge in analytical science or relevant industries.• Strong presentation, communication, and customer-facing skills.• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work across teams.
