Work Hours: Between 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Mountain Time)
Shift: 8-hour scheduled shift
Compensation: $55,000–$60,000 annually
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Pre-Litigation Case Manager / Paralegal to join our high-volume personal injury team. This fully remote role is ideal for professionals who can independently manage cases from intake through demand and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage a pre-litigation personal injury caseload of 75+ active cases
• Handle cases from intake through demand preparation
• Maintain regular communication with clients, medical providers, and insurance adjusters
• Coordinate medical treatment and obtain medical records and billing
• Track deadlines, tasks, and case updates using Filevine
• Prepare and organize documents and exhibits for demand packages
• Collaborate with attorneys and internal team members to support case strategy
Required Qualifications
• 2–5 years of pre-litigation personal injury experience (required)
• Proven ability to independently manage a high-volume caseload
• Filevine experience highly preferred
• Strong understanding of pre-litigation workflows, medical management, and insurance claims
• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
• Comfortable working fully remote within Mountain Time business hours
• Must reside in Colorado, Utah, Washington, or Oregon
