• Case Resolution Rate
• Average Settlement Value
• Case Velocity: average time from intake to resolution

You Will Own:
• An 80+ case pre-litigation docket with systematic efficiency.
• Strategic demand packages that generate fast responses.
• Settlement negotiations that consistently meet or exceed valuation standards.
• Case triage decisions: settle now or escalate to the trial team.
• Monthly performance metrics that directly impact firm profitability.
Must-Haves:
• JD and Minnesota/Illinois bar eligibility.
• 1-3 years experience (employment law preferred).
• Proven negotiation track record with measurable results.
• A systems-thinking mindset: you understand that process drives results.
• An unwavering focus on outcomes over activities.
