Legacy Studios is a full-service school and sports photography company dedicated to making students shine. We are seeking a hard-working, reliable and detail-oriented seasonal assistant to our Support Services Manager. This job will include constant communication between managers, field employees and the home office. Candidates must be willing to meet and exceed management expectations in a fast-paced environment.
This is a full-time, seasonal position (July through October only) that will work remotely. The Data Assistant will work closely with the Support Services Manager and the Virtual Sales Assistant Team to ensure each photography hub has the necessary data and supplies in advance of their photo sessions.
TASKS including but not limited to:
• Contact customers via phone to request needed data and follow up until received.
• Review, edit and import data within photography software.
• Create blank jobs in photography software.
• Data entry and maintenance in Dynamics CRM.
• Other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
• Minimum 1 year administrative/office experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including but not limited to Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
OTHER SKILLS & ABILITIES:
• Language Skills: Ability to read and write in English in a professional manner; comprehend and follow written instructions.
• Mathematical Skills: Count, add, subtract, multiply and divide; basic computations.
• Reasoning Ability: Basic problem-solving skills in routine situations.
RATE OF PAY:
• $17.00/hour
