Gestaltung und Implementierung von Organisationsmodellen, Prozessen, Rollen-, Verantwortungs- und Qualifizierungsprofilen Gestaltung von Kommunikations- und Medienkampagnen zur UnterstĂźtzung von Change Prozessen Analyse von organisatorischen Reifegraden, Change-Resistenz-Ursachen und kulturellen Faktoren UnterstĂźtzung bei der DurchfĂźhrung von Workshops mit Entwicklern und Verantwortlichen Themen umfassen Organisationsprozesse, Digitalisierung und Assistenzsysteme, KI Kollaboration, MitarbeiterfĂźhrung und Kompetenzentwicklung Your Profile Ein auf Change Management ausgerichtetes Hochschulstudium z.B.
