City/State Norfolk, VA Work Shift First (Days) Overview: Sentara Medical Group is seeking to hire an individual to join our team as a Practice Management Coordinator. Position Location: Remote in Virginia area only Position Status: Full-time Days Overview The Coordinator is deployed across all ambulatory markets to be the provider practice business subject matter expert and reduce variations by delivering all educational requirements for business needs. Delivers provider practice business staff education and practice management education in a variety of training methods to include: classroom training, onsite training, 1:1 and virtual training. Evaluates training solutions to ensure effectiveness and alignment with the market and organizational goals. Coordinates the overall administrative processes for training (schedules, classrooms, materials, etc.). Participate and conducts provider practice process improvement work as well as participates in business operations practice gap assessments. Education Bachelor's degree required Certification/Licensure Certified Trainer for Epic Prelude/Resolute & Business Operations - 6-week training to be provided by SMG/IT.
