The Practice Area Consultant will also assist the commercial account team in uncovering leads and opportunities that result in revenue and POS.This position is based in NYC, NJ. ResponsibilitiesActing as a consultative Sales Person, by supporting law firm customers in order increase active usersWorking at all levels of a law firm, including students, associates, partners, librarians and leadership (i.e. law-firm managing partners)Developing strategic account plans (which will differ firm-by-firm), and recognize sales opportunitiesManaging law firms' educational account plans independently and partner with law firm client managersDemonstrating deep product, content or practice area knowledge; acts as internal resource for sales, marketing and segmentPreparing and deliver specialized customer presentations that communicate our value proposition and differentiators to create new active usersConducting research, analysis of findings and shares information with product, segment and marketingDeveloping and executing marketing strategies to meet the needs of practicing attorneys and the related legal staffRequirementsHave a Juris Doctor degree; State Bar membership is highly preferredPossess a minimum of 3-4 years of legal practice experienceDisplay excellent verbal and written communication skillsExperience developing and executing on account plans and coordinating key stakeholders and resources to positively impact clientsDemonstrate outstanding networking capabilities and exhibit a professional demeanor, business maturity, and technical knowledgeWork in a way that works for you We promote a healthy work/life balance across the organization. Primary Location Base Pay Range: Home based-New Jersey $80,927 - $129,273.
If performed in New York, the base pay range is $78,700 - $131,400.If performed in New York City, the base pay range is $85,900 - $143,300.If performed in Rochester, NY, the base pay range is $71,600 - $119,400.
This job is eligible for an annual incentive bonus.
