PR & Partnerships Manager (Part-Time, Remote)

About Us We run a growing portfolio of brands at the intersection of luxury travel, lifestyle, and culture: a high-profile book club, a boutique real estate firm, and a lifestyle podcast. We’re looking for someone who loves the chase — securing brand deals, partnerships, press features, and opportunities that elevate our reach. The Role This is not a content role. This is an outreach and relationship role. You’ll research, pitch, and follow up with brands, PR contacts, and media outlets to secure partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations. Persistence and polish are everything here. Responsibilities • Pitch and secure brand partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations. • Write and send compelling outreach emails (luxury tone, polished communication). • Follow up relentlessly and manage responses until deals are closed. • Research new opportunities with aligned luxury/lifestyle/travel brands. • Track and report partnership pipeline and outcomes. What We’re Looking For • Experience in PR, influencer partnerships, or brand sponsorships. • Excellent written communication (polished, sophisticated, persuasive). • Comfortable with outreach and repeated follow-up — thick skin required. • Knowledge of luxury, travel, lifestyle, or real estate spaces is a big plus. • Self-starter: can run with a partnership pipeline independently. Compensation • Commission-based (10–20% of closed deals) OR small retainer + commission depending on experience. • Part-time, remote. Hours flexible, but consistency in outreach and follow-up is key.
