The Role: We are looking for a data-driven PPC Specialist to manage and optimize our lead generation campaigns on Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads. Your goal is to help us reach families in the Temecula area who are searching for senior care solutions and turn that interest into consultations.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up, manage, and optimize Google Search campaigns focused on high-intent keywords such as “assisted living near me” and “memory care Temecula.”
Create and manage Meta Ads campaigns targeting adult children (the primary decision-makers) and seniors.
Conduct keyword research and audience segmentation.
Monitor daily spend and adjust bids to stay within budget while maximizing lead quality.
Prepare brief weekly reports on key metrics, including CPA, CTR, and lead volume.
Collaborate with us to refine messaging based on our specific services, including in-home care and nursing homes.
What We Are Looking For:
Proven experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads, with a strong focus on lead generation.
Ability to write empathetic and professional ad copy for the senior care industry.
Familiarity with tracking tools such as GA4 and the Meta Pixel.
Native or professional-level English skills (our market is 100% US-based).
Proactive communication and a test-and-learn mindset.
