PPC Performance Lead (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads) - Performance focused

We’re looking for a PPC Lead to build, run, and scale aggressive Google Search campaigns from day one — fully hands-on.This is not a strategy-only role. You’ll be executing every aspect: keyword research, ad creation, bid strategies, A/B testing, and deep analytics. But you’ll also shape the systems, define the playbooks, and eventually help grow the team. Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, implement, and manage Google Ads campaigns across multiple geographies, including account creation, campaign structure, and localization strategy.Ensure all campaigns are fully compliant with Google Ads policies, including ad content, landing page experience, business verification, and industry-specific restrictions.Proactively monitor account health and maintain high compliance standards to prevent suspensions or disapprovals.Build and scale high-budget Google Search campaigns (€150k +/day) with a strong focus on ROI, CAC, and payback period.
