PowerPoint and Visual Designer - (ZR_24256_JOB)

This is a remote position. Our company is a strategic consulting firm that partners with leaders at science-led companies to build high-performing cultures. We are seeking an imaginative Visual Designer to create visually stunning PowerPoint presentations and communication assets for our clients related to innovation, strategic thinking, leadership development and organizational transformation. This person will work with our engagement teams primarily to design and produce high-quality presentations in PowerPoint, and may also create visual assets in a variety of other media types – digital, print and video. This person must be an expert in PowerPoint and be able to comfortably interface with clients. Key Responsibilities:  Learn and apply corporate brand standards for multiple corporate clients.  Design and shape PowerPoint presentations that align with our clients’ brand standards.  Develop PowerPoint presentations that explain detailed concepts, research, and analytics.  Turn complex ideas into clear, engaging slides and visual assets that communicate key messages.  Use innovative ideas and new AI tools to enhance the slide design process.Requirements  Must be an expert in PowerPoint (APPLICANTS MUST SUBMIT PORTFOLIOS)  Ability to create presentations and other visual assets that align to different brand standards.  Ability to think critically, communicate effectively and produce work within deadlines.  Able to turn abstract ideas into concrete visual concepts and designs.  Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.  Proactive and able to work independently.  Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels.  Incredible attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.  Curiosity about the business problems our clients are facing and how we can solve them.  Knowledge of human-centered design principles and a curiosity for how to apply them.  Excellent communication and collaboration skills.  Able to present design ideas and materials to internal teams and to clients.  Proficiency in other design tools and software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).Experience & Qualifications:  Demonstrated ability to create presentations for corporate audiences using PowerPoint  Experience in a consulting or professional services environment preferred  Fluent in English Work environment:  This is a remote role in a fast-paced environment  Must be available during Eastern time zone working hours  Sometimes need to extend regular working hours to meet tight deadlines and/or attend global client calls, but can adjust overall hours with flex time​Independent Contractor PerksHMO Coverage for eligible locationsPermanent work from homeImmediate hiringSteady freelance jobZR_24256_JOBOriginally posted on Himalayas
