The Power Platform Developer is responsible for building enterprise-grade applications, workflows, and automations using Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint. This role focuses on delivering scalable, secure, and compliant business solutions that integrate with enterprise systems and follow DevOps best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) to support business processes and automation needs
Develop and optimize Power Automate workflows for end-to-end process automation and integrations
Create, configure, and customize SharePoint environments including sites, lists, libraries, and permissions
Integrate Power Platform solutions with enterprise systems using REST APIs, CSOM, JSOM, and PnP
Support migration and modernization of legacy workflows and SharePoint sites
Ensure solutions comply with security, governance, and enterprise compliance standards
Collaborate within Agile/Scrum teams and contribute to sprint planning and delivery
Produce clear technical documentation and deployment artifacts
Ready to work on contract.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelorâs degree in computer science, Engineering, IT, or equivalent practical experience
Strong hands-on experience with Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate, and SharePoint
Solid understanding of REST APIs, CSOM, JSOM, and PnP frameworks
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with strong documentation discipline
5-8 years of experience required in the same domain.
Preferred Qualifications
Microsoft Power Platform certifications (PL-200, PL-900, or related)
Experience in enterprise governance and compliance-driven environments
Exposure to AI Builder, Copilot Studio, or automation with AI features
Familiarity with DevOps practices and environment promotion strategies
