Power BI Developer / Analyst

About Us Constructive Tech + Finance Solutions provides ERP support, customization, and BI/reporting solutions for construction contractors across the Upper Midwest, as well as remotely for clients throughout the United States and Canada. We help contractors turn operational and financial data into actionable business insights. Position Overview We are seeking a Power BI Developer / Analyst with 2–5 years of experience to join our growing team. This role will focus on developing Power BI dashboards and reports, along with SQL-based data queries and ERP customizations, depending on skill level. The position is remote after the onboarding period. Part-time employment is an option for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards • Write and optimize T-SQL queries • Translate business requirements into effective BI solutions • Support ERP reporting and data customizations • Work directly with clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions Required Qualifications • 2–5 years of experience in Power BI development and analytics • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Proficiency in Power BI (DAX, data modeling, report design) • Solid experience with T-SQL • Self-starter with strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Customer service–oriented mindset Desired Experience (Not Required) • Power Apps • ERP databases • Experience with Viewpoint Vista, Sage 300 CRE, ComputerEase, and/or Acumatica • Experience working in or supporting the construction industry Compensation & Benefits • Salary: $75,000 – $105,000 (based on experience) • PTO and Health + Dental Insurance for Full-time • Flexible employment options (full-time or part-time) • Remote work environment Apply tot his job
