• Job Title: ACTHP07973 - Power BI & Data Manager
• Location: Remote
• Duration: Full-Time
• Experience: 3+ years' experience in PowerBi & Data Management role or similar position
Description: The Power Bi & Data Manager will focus on integrating data into visualization tools such as Power BI to create comprehensive and actionable insights for the Company projects and project teams. The role includes developing systems, procedures, and policies for efficient data management.
Position Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from four-year college or university, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
• 3+ years' experience in PowerBi & Data Management role or similar position.
• Ability to analyze, interpret, and organize large amounts of data.
• High attention to detail to ensure data integrity and security.
• Excellent communication skills to translate complex problems using non-technical terms.
• In-depth understanding of modern database and information technologies.
• Excellent math, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to work towards meeting multiple deadlines simultaneously.
• Ability to compile and organize findings and data retrieved before presenting it to management.
• Thorough understanding of management and data administration duties such as collection, analysis, and distribution.
• Strong computer skills and ability to use necessary databases and software.
• Able to work independently with an abundance of self-motivation.
• Programming language abilities including SQL and Python.
• Proficient as a Data Analyst using Power BI.
Essential Duties:
• Develop and implement data integration strategies to streamline the flow of information into visualization tools, such as PowerBI.
• Provide data management for HPS Projects regarding gathering, reporting and quality control.
• Collaborate with project teams to understand their data requirements and translate them into effective visual solutions.
• Provide guidance and oversight on data-related tasks to project teams.
• Train and support team members on the use of Power BI and other data visualization tools.
• Evaluate the design, selection, implementation, and maintenance of database changes by comparing them with industry standards, business requirements and design documents.
• Develop project reports utilizing multiple sources for presentation to clients and or project team.
• Able to lead, coach, and mentor Facility Solution Associates in their data management work.
• Enforce HPS best practices of operation when handling and archiving data.
• Maintain current data management plans and instructions for operating complex business systems.
• Ensure data and information security by integrating and upholding digital security systems.
