Power BI : Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst Engineer + Developer

Key Responsibilities:
ā¢ Data Analysis & Reporting:
Gather, analyze, and interpret complex datasets from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Snow Flake).
Translate complex data findings into clear, concise, and actionable recommendations for stakeholders. ā¢ Data Modeling & Warehousing:
Collaborate with data engineers and IT teams to design, develop, and optimize data models for reporting and analytical purposes.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of enterprise data warehouses (EDW) and data marts.
Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across all BI solutions.
ā¢ Requirements Gathering & Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with client to understand their analytical requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Provide expert guidance on data availability, limitations, and best practices for data utilization.
ā¢ BI Tool Development & Maintenance:
Develop and implement ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to integrate data from disparate systems.
Optimize existing BI reports and dashboards for performance and user experience.
Troubleshoot data-related issues and provide timely support to end-users.
ā¢ Performance Monitoring & Optimization:
Monitor the performance of BI solutions and underlying data infrastructure.
ā¢ Experience:
8+ years of progressive experience in Business Intelligence, data analysis, or data warehousing.
Proven experience with leading BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Microsoft Power BI).
Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
Experience with data modeling concepts (e.g., star schema, snowflake schema).
ā¢ Technical Skills:
o Expertise in SQL (advanced queries, stored procedures, performance tuning).
o Proficiency in at least one major BI visualization tool (Tableau, Power BI).
o Familiarity with ETL processes and tools (e.g., SSIS, Informatica, Azure Data Factory).
o Understanding of data warehousing principles and methodologies.
ā¢ Soft Skills:
ā¢ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
ā¢ Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
