ABOUT THE ROLE/TEAM You will be joining a small, collaborative team working in an Agile/Scrum environment, divided into two main focus areas: Service/Support and Development . The team supports a Client in the renewable energy sector , contributing to digital transformation initiatives through innovative Power Platform and Dynamics 365 solutions. As part of the development unit, you’ll work closely with stakeholders to design, build, and maintain custom business applications and automations, with a focus on scalability, usability, and integration with Microsoft services. Your contributions will directly support the client’s mission of driving sustainable energy practices through modern technology. Applications are open for candidates within Europe. RESPONSIBILITIES Build and maintain canvas apps and model-driven apps using Power Apps. Customize and extend Dynamics 365 applications using Power Platform. Integrate Power Apps with other Microsoft services (e.g., SharePoint, Teams, Outlook). Design data models within Microsoft Dataverse. Connect Power Apps to various data sources (SQL, SharePoint, APIs, etc.), ensure data integrity and security. Leverage JavaScript to customize model-driven app forms, business logic, and event handlers. Design scalable, maintainable, and secure app architectures. Make decisions about when to use canvas apps, model-driven apps, or custom code solutions. Establish best practices and standards for app development. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions. JOB REQUIREMENTS 2+ years of hands-on experience in Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven). Strong proficiency in Power Automate (Flow) for building process automations and integrating with various data sources. Solid understanding of Dataverse (Common Data Service), SharePoint, SQL Server, and connectors. Knowledge on JavaScript/Typescript (React framework). Proven ability to gather requirements, communicate with stakeholders, and translate business needs into scalable solutions. Knowledge on Best Practices in PowerApps Development and External Code. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Experience in working in Agile/Scrum environments. PREFERRED EXPERIENCE Knowledge in Development and implementation of custom controls using the PowerApps Component Framework (PCF) to enhance user experience and meet complex UI requirements. Knowledge of React to build advanced, reusable UI components and other front-end customizations. Experience with RPA. Experience with PCF Control. GOOD TO HAVE B2-C1 level in German language.
