We are excited to announce an immediate hiring opportunity for a skilled POTS Voice Analyst to join our 24/7 Network Operations Center team at Workwarp. As a POTS Voice Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting our national voice services platform, providing technical expertise, and ensuring seamless communication for our customers. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere while being part of a dynamic team. As a POTS Voice Analyst, you will be an integral part of our team, working closely with our Technical Support Engineers, VoIP Engineers, and other stakeholders to troubleshoot issues, resolve problems, and maintain our voice services. Key Responsibilities: Escalation and Technical Support: Serve as a primary escalation path for field agents with VoIP-related dispatches and trouble tickets, providing timely and effective technical support. Network Monitoring: Monitor network devices, interfaces, and trouble tickets, providing continuous monitoring for problems impacting our customers' voice services using our custom portal. Troubleshooting and Resolution: Troubleshoot issues with the company's voice services, update call paths, and resolve problems in a timely and efficient manner. Communication and Collaboration: Contact carriers and vendors to open new trouble tickets, schedule dispatches, and stay up-to-date on existing trouble tickets. Collaborate with Technical Support Engineers, VoIP Engineers, and other stakeholders to support and troubleshoot our voice platforms. Customer Service: Respond to customers in an expeditious and professional manner, providing excellent customer service and support. Installation and Configuration: Coordinate the proper installation and configuration of voice service components, ensuring smooth operation and minimal downtime. Other Duties: Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. Requirements and Qualifications: Essential Qualifications: Experience: 6+ months of experience implementing, troubleshooting, and maintaining VoIP systems. Multitasking: Ability to multitask, working quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment. Teamwork: Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment, successfully completing individual tasks and contributing to team goals. Technical Knowledge: Demonstrated knowledge of telephone networks, including POTS, VoIP, and TDM. Basic familiarity with telephony standards and protocols, such as H.323, MGCP, ISDN, SIP, and RTP. Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to hear ordinary conversations and phone communications. Preferred Qualifications: Education: Associate degree in technology or equivalent experience (2 years). Technical Skills: Demonstrated technical, leadership, and communication skills. Experience: Experience in hospitality or service provider networks. Certifications: Industry-relevant technical training and certifications. Skills and Competencies: Analysis and Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues. Communication and Interpersonal: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, technical teams, and other stakeholders. Adaptability and Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing priorities, technologies, and workflows in a fast-paced environment. Time Management: Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
