Post Production Audio Mixer
About the Role
MrBeast is looking for a sharp, efficient, and detail-oriented Post Production Audio Mixer to join our post-production team working on unscripted, reality-style content. This role is fast-paced and deadline-driven, ideal for someone who thrives in quick-turnaround environments while delivering high-quality, polished audio mixes. While the core focus is digital-first content, occasional TV work may be involved.
What You'll Do
ā¢ Mix and deliver broadcast-quality audio for unscripted reality content on YouTube
ā¢ Manage fast-paced workflows and complete polished mixes within 2-3 days
ā¢ Operate with expert-level proficiency in Pro Tools
ā¢ Handle turnover workflows between Premiere Pro and Pro Tools
ā¢ Clean, edit, and blend production audio, ADR, and VO into a cohesive mix
ā¢ Participate in remote spotting sessions via tools like Evercast
ā¢ Ensure all mixes meet LUFS standards and platform-specific specs
ā¢ Prepare organized Pro Tools sessions for localization and archiving
ā¢ Respond to QC notes and apply revisions and patch updates when needed
What We're Looking For
ā¢ 5+ years of experience in post-production audio, especially in unscripted or reality TV
ā¢ Proficient in Avid Pro Tools and experienced with Adobe Premiere Pro
ā¢ Proven ability to work under tight deadlines without sacrificing quality
ā¢ Strong understanding of ADR workflows, dialogue editing, and sound blending
ā¢ Familiarity with LUFS loudness standards, multi-track delivery, and TV-style QC
ā¢ Experience working with remote teams and review platforms like Evercast
ā¢ Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and session organization
ā¢ Interest or experience in YouTube and digital-first storytelling is a strong plus
