Summary: We are seeking a Portal Lead with expertise in Microsoft Power Pages (Power Portal) to support a State M&O project. The role involves leading portal design, development, enhancements, and production support while ensuring compliance with Florida State standards. The ideal candidate must be hands-on and capable of guiding developers in portal architecture and UI customization. This is a long-term contract position based remotely in Tallahassee, FL. Key Responsibilities: Serve as Portal Lead for Microsoft Power Pages (Power Portal) solutions. Lead design, development, enhancement, and support of public-facing and internal state portals. Customize portal UI using JavaScript, Knockout JS, HTML, CSS, and Liquid templates. Develop and maintain Power Pages components, forms, lists, and workflows. Integrate portals with Dataverse, Power Automate, and backend systems. Enforce coding standards, security, accessibility (ADA/Section 508), and performance best practices. Review code, mentor developers, and ensure quality deliverables. Support release management, deployments, and production readiness.
