Job Title: Entry Level Service Advisor
Location: Porsche Conshohocken β Conshohocken, PA
Employment Type: Full-Time (5 day work week with Saturday rotations)
Compensation Ragne: $52k - $75k annually

Key Responsibilities:
β’ Customer Interaction:
β’ Greet customers warmly and assist with service requests
β’ Listen to customer concerns and help communicate their needs to the service team
β’ Communication:
β’ Keep customers informed throughout their service experience
β’ Provide updates about vehicle issues, repairs, and estimated costs
β’ Documentation:
β’ Accurately document customer concerns and technician findings
β’ Ensure all work orders are clear, complete, and properly filed
β’ Support Senior Advisors:
β’ Help schedule appointments and handle incoming service calls
β’ Assist in providing timely updates and follow-up information to customers
β’ Shop Organization:
β’ Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient service area
β’ Assist with organizing technician workload and shop scheduling
β’ Basic Repair & Maintenance (as training allows):
β’ Support technicians with simple tasks while learning the service process
β’ Follow-Up:
β’ Reach out to customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns post-service
β’ Technology Use:
β’ Learn and utilize dealership service software to manage customer interactions and track vehicle history
β’ Adhere to Standards:
β’ Uphold brand and dealership standards for customer satisfaction and professionalism
β’ Comply with company policies and applicable laws and regulations
Qualifications:
β’ Strong communication and customer service skills
β’ Eagerness to learn and grow in the automotive industry
β’ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
β’ Previous customer service or automotive experience is a plus, but not required
β’ Valid driverβs license required
