Role Description

This is a contract remote role for a Polygraph Examiner. The Polygraph Examiner will be responsible for conducting polygraph testing for pre-employment for law enforcement candidates/applicants, interpreting results thoroughly and accurately, and preparing detailed and reliable reports. The examiner will determine needs, maintain confidentiality, and adhere to ethical standards. Lafayette Polygraph Equipment is the equipment of choice and additional details will be provided upon successful selection. Candidates based in or regularly servicing the Greater Philadelphia region (including Southeastern Pennsylvania and surrounding areas) are strongly preferred. This role requires periodic travel to client sites within the region.

Qualifications
• Proficiency in conducting polygraph examinations and interpreting physiological responses
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to prepare reports and communicate with clients professionally
• Ability to adhere to legal and ethical guidelines, maintain confidentiality, and demonstrate impartiality
• Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and decision-making abilities
• Relevant APA accredited background, certification, or licensure as a Polygraph Examiner in accordance with Pennsylvania regulations
• Experience in investigative services or a related field is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Psychology, or a related field is preferred
