In this role, you will play a key role in maintaining the integrity of our online community by reviewing and moderating user-generated content in Polish. This position offers the chance to work in a vibrant cultural environment, contributing to a safer and more engaging online experience for our users. Key Responsibilities • Moderate and assess user-generated content in Polish to ensure compliance with community standards. • Classify and evaluate content based on established moderation policies and guidelines. • Identify and report instances of inappropriate content or policy violations to the appropriate teams. • Provide insights on content trends and user engagement to enhance moderation strategies. • Work collaboratively with team members to improve moderation processes and practices. • Stay updated on company policies concerning content moderation and community engagement. • Fluency in Polish (written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is a plus. • Previous experience in content moderation or similar roles is preferred. • Strong attention to detail and ability to apply guidelines consistently. • Excellent communication skills for effectively conveying moderation decisions. • Ability to handle sensitive content with professionalism and care. • Familiarity with online platforms and content moderation tools is advantageous. • Willingness to work in Sofia and immerse yourself in a new cultural environment. • Self-starter with the ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team. • Competitive Salary • Monthly Performance Bonus • Monthly Accommodation Allowance • Relocation Package • Fully Paid Training • Private Gym • And Much More....
