Policy Advisor - Remote (Entry Level)
About the Role
We’re looking for people‑first communicators to help families review their coverage options. Every conversation begins with someone who already requested information — your role is to listen, walk them through what fits their situation, and help them feel confident about their next steps.
Many of our team members came from outside the industry. Teachers, restaurant managers, parents returning to work, retail leaders — what they share is the ability to make people feel heard and supported.
What Your Day Looks Like
• Connect with inbound leads who recently requested coverage information
• Walk clients through plan options using a guided needs‑analysis tool
• Answer questions in plain language and help clients compare what each plan covers
• Document conversations, schedule follow‑ups, and keep your pipeline organized in our CRM
• Join twice‑weekly team check‑ins on Zoom for coaching and skill practice
You’ll Likely Be a Fit If You
• Communicate clearly and warmly over the phone
• Are coachable and open to feedback
• Stay organized while working independently
• Have a quiet workspace and reliable internet
• Are willing to complete onboarding and training courses

Compensation Structure
This role offers performance‑based earnings along with monthly residuals. We’re transparent about the compensation structure upfront so candidates can decide whether this opportunity is the right fit.
Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
