Overview: Healthcare - Lead Enterprise Portfolio Manager

Position can be done Remote (Work from Home).

The Lead Enterprise Portfolio Manager is responsible for ensuring investment portfolios are aligned with business strategies and maximize value. This role assists with various aspects of investment planning, portfolio process and tool development. Investment planning includes, partnering with one or more Performance Groups to define individual investment business objectives, value, project teams and customer groups that will be impacted across the Ministry. It also includes creating and reviewing portfolio roadmaps accounting for organizational capacity. Proficiency in PPM tools and processes is required to streamline workflows for investment intake, prioritization and reporting to enhance decision-making, and ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications:
• Experience: 8 years of experience in portfolio management or program management, managing Business case development, planning, scheduling, budget, risk analysis and management reporting.
• Required Education: Bachelor's degree in business, Management Information Systems, Healthcare Field, or equivalent work experience.
• Other:
• Experience in developing enterprise portfolio for prioritization of business and IT initiatives.
• Proficient in PPM tools, SDLC methods, MS Office, standards, and best practices.
• Demonstrated experience in building relationships with business partners, shared service organizations and professional peers.
• Capability to work with technical and functional teams and good understanding of financials.
• Ability to influence others in favor of a product, service, or point of view through an intentionally structured exchange of facts and/or demonstration.
• Excellent communication skills at all levels of the organization.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
• Experience guiding and mentoring portfolio managers.
• Understanding of Portfolio dashboard and reports
• Project, Program or Agile Certifications
• Expertise in Excel, Visio and SharePointQualifications: Desired
• Healthcare experience
• Strong working knowledge of Power BI
• Exposure to Service Manager
• PMP or SAFe agilist certification preferred.
