This role is within a dynamic organization focused on delivering complex projects efficiently and effectively. Position Overview for the PMO Portfolio Analyst: Provides administrative and operational support to facilitate successful project execution Coordinates meetings, maintains project documentation, and manages logs Assists in tracking project milestones and deliverables Facilitates communication across teams and prepares reports and presentations Supports the program manager in monitoring progress and managing project risks or delays Requirements for the PMO Portfolio Analyst: 4+ years of project management experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Experience with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet) is a plus Strong organizational and communication skills What's in it for you?
