Our client, a leading organization in the energy and mobility sector, is seeking a Project Manager Business Strategy and Transformation to join their team. As a Project Manager, you will be part of the Strategy and Transformation Department supporting high-impact strategic initiatives. Job Title: Project Manager Location: Chicago, Illinois, or remote Pay Range: $120-$140/HR What's the Job? • Support the development and refinement of strategic initiatives aligned with organizational goals. • Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects to ensure timely and high-quality delivery. • Conduct comprehensive market and financial analyses to inform strategic decision-making. • Develop and present executive materials, strategic narratives, and progress reports for leadership forums. • Assist in translating strategic plans into actionable roadmaps, performance metrics, and implementation strategies. What's Needed? • Proven experience in project management within a strategic or transformation environment within Oil & Gas Industry • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple workstreams effectively. • Excellent analytical skills, including financial modeling and scenario analysis. • Exceptional communication skills, capable of developing clear and compelling presentations for senior leadership. • Ability to collaborate across diverse teams and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
