Plumbing Service Dispatcher (Remote) - Expert in ServiceTitan

Sweetwater Plumbing is looking for an experienced Service Dispatcher with a proven track record managing dispatch for a busy plumbing company. About the Role You’ll be responsible for coordinating daily service operations for a growing team of 6+ plumbing trucks, ensuring every technician stays on schedule and customers receive top-tier service. This is a remote position—ideal for someone who’s organized, assertive, and experienced in the home service industry. Responsibilities • Manage and optimize dispatching of service plumbers across multiple daily calls. • Use ServiceTitan to schedule jobs, adjust routes, and monitor technician status in real-time. • Follow up with technicians after every job to confirm checklists and notes are completed. • Proactively review upcoming schedules to ensure all commitments are met. • Communicate clearly with customers and technicians regarding timelines, updates, and rescheduling needs. • Track KPIs such as on-time performance, call completion rates, and customer satisfaction. Qualifications • Required: Minimum 2 years of experience using ServiceTitan in a dispatching or coordination role. • Required: Experience managing dispatch for 6 or more service trucks in plumbing, HVAC, or similar trades. • Strong communication skills — confident, assertive, and calm under pressure. • Solid understanding of plumbing service operations and terminology. • Comfortable working remotely with modern communication tools (Slack, Zoom, etc.).
