About the Role:

Join our vibrant team and you'll have the chance to contribute to projects in semiconductor manufacturing, data centers, and other state-of-the-art facilities. If you're passionate about keeping complex projects on track, this is your opportunity! You'll be:
• Developing Schedules: Creating and maintaining detailed project schedules (typically >10,000 lines).
• Analyzing Critical Path: Identifying and analyzing the critical path for project success.
• Creating Visual Tools: Developing visual aids to communicate schedule information to project teams.
• Collaborating: Utilizing cloud-based tools like Loadspring® to work effectively with the team.
• Communicating: Clearly and effectively communicating schedule information and updates.
Who You Are:
• You have a 4-year technical degree and experience on complex projects (ideally $10M+).
• You are a Primavera P6 pro!
• Experience with cloud-based collaboration tools like Loadspring® is a big plus.
• You have strong communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of building construction is essential, and pharmaceutical/biotech experience with CQV logic is preferred.
Required Skills:
• Primavera P6 experience is a must-have.
• Strong communication and organizational skills for managing large schedules (>10,000 lines).
• Prior experience analyzing critical path.
• Experience developing visual tools for project team members.
• Willingness to work 3 days onsite in Framingham, MA.
• Requires a 4-year technical degree.
• Experience working on complex projects (minimum $10M value preferred).
• Extensive knowledge of building construction.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience using cloud-based collaboration tools such as Loadspring®.
• Pharmaceutical/biotech experience with CQV logic.
Compensation & Benefits:
• Term: This is a contract position with a prospective end date of 10/24/25 with high probability for extension.
• Pay Rate: $70.00 - $90.00 depending on prior experience.
