Planner/Supply Chain Analyst I

As a Planner/Supply Chain Analyst I, you will play a crucial role in developing and coordinating production schedules, analyzing shortages, and expediting parts needed for production. This role is based in Chillicothe, MO, and requires regular on-site presence. **Responsibilities:**
ā¢ Develops and coordinates production schedules based on customer orders and delivery requirements
ā¢ Plans and develops weekly production line schedules of assigned departments based on the master schedule plan
ā¢ May schedule rework, unfinished parts and assemblies, new product releases, and special orders
ā¢ Analyzes shortages of both manufactured and purchased parts
ā¢ Prepares all necessary support materials for production, including route sheets, shop packets, and printing shipping documents
ā¢ Establishes effective communication with various groups, including customers, sales offices, Corporate, and plant production departments
ā¢ Expedites and secures parts needed for production
ā¢ Makes or recommends revisions to planned production schedules as necessary
ā¢ Keeps manager informed of production scheduling issues requiring attention
ā¢ Provides support in other areas when required
ā¢ Complies with standard work practices and SOPs
ā¢ Complies with all EHS and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) policies and procedures
ā¢ *Qualifications:**
ā¢ 2 years of planning and scheduling experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
ā¢ Bachelor's or associate's degree in supply chain, business, or related area
ā¢ Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle
ā¢ Experience in lean manufacturing environment
ā¢ Proficiency with Microsoft Excel to perform data analysis and ad-hoc reports
ā¢ Good communication skills and strong sense of teamwork
ā¢ Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks effectively
