Description
We are seeking a Business Process Analyst to join our newly established Strategic Operations Department. This role combines process analysis with data-driven insights to improve how our organization operates.You will work closely with teams across the company to document and optimize workflows, build reports, and analyze operational data. This is a unique opportunity to help shape a new department while contributing to meaningful improvements in business operations.BUSINESS PROCESS ANALYST ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Document and visualize workflows across departments, identifying inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.Analyze business processes and recommend data-informed enhancements to improve efficiency, communication, and performance.Coordinate and contribute to process improvement initiatives from assessment through implementation, ensuring cross-department alignment and timely follow-through.Build and maintain dashboards and reports using multiple datasets to support decision-making.Assist with merging and maintaining historical and new datasets as the company transitions systems over the next 1ā2 years.Work with department leaders to understand processes and support operational clarity.Other duties as assignedBUSINESS PROCESS ANALYST LOCATION:Fully RemoteBUSINESS PROCESS ANALYST COMPENSTATION:$70,000 - $75,000 annuallyBENEFITS:MedicalDentalVisionVoluntary Term Life InsuranceVoluntary Long Term DisabilityPTOPaid Holidays401(k)Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
Requirements
Bachelorās degree in a business, data, or process-focused discipline ā or equivalent relevant experience.2+ years of experience in business process analysis, data analysis, or a similar analytical role.Proficiency in SQL for querying, transforming, and validating data.Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar).Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.Ability to balance attention to detail with a big-picture understanding of business objectives.Curiosity, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.Preferred:Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis and automation (preferred, not required).Experience with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) is a plus.Familiarity with pulling and working with data from APIs is a plus.EOE M/F/D/V
