About the roleAs a Renewals Operations Analyst you will be part of a team responsible for maximizing the renewal rates of our customers in North America. This will require cross-functional engagement across multiple teams within Cyncly. Main responsibilitiesMeeting and exceeding renewal targets for Cyncly’s customers. Interacting with customers before and after their renewal date to secure their renewal. Identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities for our Sales team. Maintain CRM data integrity by recording and updating all opportunities and touch points. Work with cross-functional teams to improve overall customer satisfaction and gather customer feedback to share with the business. Required skills and qualificationsComplete or ongoing bachelor’s degree. Experience working in a customer-facing role such as Customer Experience, Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales. Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Totango). Advanced English (C1+).Highly organized, proactive, and customer oriented. Strong team collaboration skills and a solution-driven mindset. Excellent interpersonal communication skills. Nice to have:Experience working in a SaaS environment.
